Please note for health and hygiene reasons, no refunds or exchanges are available on pierced earrings.

Kooqi wishes you to be satisfied with every purchase but we know that sometimes this is not the case. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Remember try it out first and show it off!

How to return an order:

1. Contact us to let us know which item you are returning and please request a returns code, which we will supply you via email. Please write the returns code somewhere we can spot it. This enables us to process your refund quickly and efficiently when we receive your item back.
2. Package all your items securely so it's one unified package ready for delivery. Include all the materials sent to you by Kooqi.
3. Use the following delivery methods depending on the value of your order. The minimum return delivery method should be recorded delivery with a signature required. Make sure you can track your package. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at Kooqi for quick and easy refunding.
4. All return packages should be sent to:

Return process:

Items must be returned in the condition they were sent for a full refund. Returns are processed immediately upon receipt of the item. We will refund the full cost of the item excluding delivery. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. Please allow 7 days for your credit to appear after the product has been received.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent from Kooqi within 30 days from the date of delivery. Orders received after this date will cannot be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.
