How we complete your order.

Our preferred fulfillment partner is now Amazon FBA (Fulfilled By Amazon). This means all our stock is held in Amazon's secure fulfillment centres. This gives you the added benefit of knowing your jewellery will be dispatched by the most trusted brand in the business.

Orders are received by us and Amazon is notified immediately. You will receive your jewellery which will be despatched by Amazon, within a few days and you will also benefit from our free delivery policy.

All orders are sent standard delivery by Amazon - we don't offer a next day service at this time.

Using a Voucher code?

If you used a voucher code, please note that the invoice you receive from Amazon will not show the correct total. Your order confirmation email from Kooqi will display the actual price you paid, which includes any applicable discount.

Worldwide delivery.

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer delivery to non UK addresses.

Gift wrapping and gift messages.

• All orders are gift wrapped for free in a Kooqi gift box.
• All womens jewellery items are presented in a beautiful red organza bag.
• Mens jewellery is presented in a black and silver branded Kooqi box.
• Unfortunately we cannot offer a gift message service at this time.

Tracking Your Order.

We will keep you fully informed about your order via email. In the event of a non-delivery, once we've confirmed what happened with Amazon.co.uk via their tracking systems, we will always offer a full refund or replacement item.
