Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t normally offer you a refund. However, we may be able to exchange your item so please email us at to see if we can help.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and ideally in it's original packaging which you can use to return the item to us.


To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3 Thirlmere Lodge, Rectory Lane, Lymm, WA13 0AQ.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, however, we will refund these costs to you on safe receipt of the item.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable postal service or insured delivery service. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee otherwise that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Shortly thereafter your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
